The School of Arts & Culture Opens its Doors to La Ultima Parada

artsThe School of Arts & Culture at the Mexican Heritage Plaza opens its doors to La Ultima Parada at the contemporary cultural landmark in San Jose, providing the perfect platform for this celebration.
The School of Arts & Culture operates the beautiful facility at the Mexican Heritage Plaza. Our vision is to create a vibrant place of learning, culture and community that nurtures the soul and brings joy, skill building and a sense of belonging to children, families and all who participate.

The School of Arts & Culture believes that creativity and innovation are the lifeblood of our economy. We believe that arts and creative experiences help children develop critical thinking, communication and collaborative skills. We believe that arts and creative experiences enhance children’s self esteem, cross cultural understanding, empathy and connection to their community and each other. And we believe that our children deserve inequitable access to arts and creative experiences and no child should be turned away for lack of resources.
